Halloween came a little early to the town of Kingsville as the Optimist Club of Kingsville hosted a Spooktacular Carnival upstairs at the Kingsville Arena on October 8.
The free family event was a big draw with its many games, crafting opportunities, terrorific treats, and wandering magician/juggler.
What began as a chocolate bar bingo evening in September has now turned into a monthly celebration, with the Optimists’ intention to host an event for families every second Thursday of the month at the arena right up until June.
The evening of November 12 will feature a Superheroes theme, while December 10 will see families working together to create some Christmas crafts.
