Kingsville goes country for summer’s final Block Party

With recent visits by country stars Cole Swindell and Marshall Dane to our area, Kingsville kept the momentum rolling with their Country Night Block Party this past Saturday evening, August 15.

Line dancing tutorials had newbies on the floor, Compass Rose, Messing Around Band and Slim Pickerel gave the couples some live music to dance to, and a petting zoo from Sunny Britches Farm got the kids excited as they made a new friend or two.

Nearly 30 vendors, lining parts of King, Chestnut and Walnut, were on hand for those looking for a unique gift item or something delicious to eat at the August 15 community gathering.
